Simona Kicurovska who designed the yearbook states: “It made me think about the format of the institute itself; about the freedom a student assumes; about responsibilities and agreements; and the relationship between the students and the institute. [...] For theSandberg Instituut’s design department, freedom doesn’t mean that nobody will control or direct students’ practice and diligence. It means freedom to rethink, reform, research, reformulate and react. And a model like this one runs on a set of unofficial agreements. My goal with the design of this yearbook was to do an investigation on what these agreements are.”
