biography
Tom Burke is a creative director and musician.
He activates new models of collaboration between music, film, theatre and philosophy grounded in community fieldwork.
His band Citizens! rose to fame with their single True Romance. From Here We Go Extreme
Climate Monsters.
The Ecological Gaze.
Developed with the community of Penablanca, a village in Chile experiencing rapid desertification, From Here We Go Extreme is an EP and music video that examines the collision of global and local imaginaries of climate change.Special thanks: The Comunidad Agricola de Penablanca, Un Alto en el Desierto, Marcos Zegers and the British Council.
