biography
Eva van Kempen (Netherlands, 1976) is a goldsmith, jewellery designer. After certain life events her body of work drastically changed, unveiling the beauty, potential and value of medical waste materials. Recent works investigate societal and political issues as bodily integrity. The graduation draft process investigates the intangible and disappearing human skills of filigree and the meditative aspects of the making. Tracing Filigree
