Anna Bierler+
Anna is a graphic designer and researcher based in Rotterdam and Berlin. In gathering modes of writing—on a screen, a page, a poster, through radio waves—Anna is approaching different notions of intercon- nectedness, exploring the possibilities of grounding ourselves on unsolid grounds. Looking through ecological frameworks as means of collaboration and coexistence while tending to affective spaces, Anna often works collectively in creating shared rituals, narrations and experiences.
Stone Telling is a research project and coming together around stones, stories and softness, exploring embodied modes of writing/reading collectively. Reacting to precarious material moments, asking what structures we can build in collaboration with stones, I invited fellow artists and designers to build spaces of encounter, intimacy and collectivity, exploring what it means to coexist in solidarity while giving agency to the non-human.
