‘Vjens’ is a long-term publication process, comprising writing as primary material: language is tested for its capacity to gather bodies, fracture inheritance, and occupy space within Low Saxon autobiographical (queer) fiction. Over the course of the series, I have become increasingly unsure whether language can still gather bodies—or whether it only echoes in isolation.
