Opening of the year! Sandberg
On September 23 and 24, 2026, we marked the opening of the school year, welcoming all first-year students to Sandberg Instituut.
Spread across two days, students were introduced to the school through presentations and talks by departments and facilities, a gift exchange, and an artist talk with Taylor le Melle hosted by Temporary Department Monstrous Futurities and Rietveld's Image & Language. Day two finished with a takeover by PUB Sandberg with activities, music, and drinks.
Thank you to all those who attended and a very warm welcome to our first year students!
