Serrum is an art collective based in Jakarta in 2006, founded by students majoring in fine arts at one of the public campuses in Jakarta. The word Serrum comes from the words space and serrum, which means "share room".

Its members consist of artists, designers, street artists, teachers, lecturers and curators with an educational background in Fine Arts at the State University of Jakarta. To support itself, Serrum offers artwork handling services and exhibitions as a form of business unit called Serrum Art Handling. In 2018, together with ruangrupa and Grafis Huru Hara, Serrum established Gudskul Ekosistem. A contemporary art ecosystem developed from a not-for-profit work model. A large part of our operational support comes from our constitutive collective, which in turn were given by donor institution, sponsors and independent funding from our business unit, apart from the funds given by our members out of their own volition. When we decided to work together as an ecosystem, we tried to set a system of co-storehouse where every resource we have is collected and shared in proportion to every collective need. The various resources from every collective comes in many forms: money, program, equipment or even books. We pooled those assets for easier access and sharing for every member of the collective.

Serrum focuses on socio-political issues, urban backgrounds and education in accordance with the education of alma mater teachers at the Department of Fine Arts Education, State University of Jakarta. Through art projects, exhibitions, workshops, discussions and propaganda campaigns. Serum was involved in several exhibitions such as in Jakarta, Bandung, Jatiwangi, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Seoul, Warsaw, Copenhagen, Tokyo, and Yamaguchi.
