mkx

μκχ was born and raised in the Cyclades and currently works between Athens and Amsterdam.

As a poet, writer, and facilitator, mkx narrates stories of places and people, working at the intersection of lived experience, social research, and poetic practice. Their work explores the porous boundaries between public and private life, the textures of metropolitan and non-urban contexts, and the social processes of class and gender as they unfold within space.

Alongside writing, mkx has expanded their practice to include facilitation and curatorial work, co-founding collaborative initiatives such as reading groups and facilitating residency projects. mkx approaches exhibition-making as a space for narration, play, and collective encounter, and aims to challenge individualism within art contexts.
